Meet the team

Dana Standring
Director/Senior Podiatrist

I grew up in the small western NSW town of Cobar. I have a passion for regional/rural health.

After finishing school at Kinross Wolaroi in Orange, I graduated from podiatry at Charles Sturt University - Albury Campus in 2010. During my career, I have been lucky enough to work in many environments including; nursing homes / retirement villages, private practice, high risk foot clinics, Aboriginal health and outreach clinics.

I enjoy all aspects of podiatry but have a keen interest in Diabetes foot care and also children’s feet. I am passionate about our clinic and enjoy forming relationships with my patients. Really; you could say that keeping people on their feet is my passion!

When I am not at work I enjoy one or two netball games and ‘drinking Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain’. I also LOVE wearing my Frankie4’s wherever I go!

Sue BLACK
Reception

I’m the receptionist/practice manager/gopher/cuppa maker at Footrix Podiatry.

I am relatively new to Orange, after moving from western NSW and I’m enjoying the Orange lifestyle. I adore my family and love having time with them, they are my world…and I am lucky enough to have wonderful friends in Orange.

Since moving to Orange I have discovered the monthly Saturday markets, lots of foodie events, coffee shops and a wonderful patchwork sewing group. I like to have a glass of Pimms on special occasions (like Fridays and the weekends)! I’m lucky enough to have a job that makes me happy and I look forward to meeting you.

Ash Thompson
podiatrist

I was studying exercise science in Canberra and started working at The Athlete’s Foot. Whilst working there I developed an interest in podiatry and footwear education.
I then moved to Albury where I studied Podiatry at Charles Sturt Uni. I graduated in 2021 and moved to Orange to start my career.
Through growing up in Bourke I developed a passion for rural and remote health as well as Diabetic foot care. I enjoy all aspects of podiatry and treating everyone from children right through to the elderly.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy playing with my puppy and exploring the Orange food and wine scene.

MICHAEL LINTAG
Podiatrist

I was a health science major in university who had a foot accident and was rendered unable to walk for ten weeks. This freak foot accident lead me into transferring over to University of Newcastle and learning podiatry.

I am a keen learner who has an interest in helping people get better. My past in sports like tennis and basketball fostered an interest in human movement mechanics and injures - as a result creating a unique skill set for a podiatrist focused around bio-mechanics and  injuries emphasised with having previously worked in a allied facility with physiotherapist, exercise physiologist, massage therapist and chiropractors.

Despite this, ultimately my passion is ensuring the best outcomes for my patients by being the most competent podiatrist that I can be.
